Behavior Consultations

Are you concerned about your dog's behavior? Has your dog already bitten someone? Or, maybe your dog barks all day? Destroys your belongings when left alone? Eliminates in the house? Doesn't 'like' other dogs? Is afraid of everything and everyone? Protective of toys or other objects?

I offer the convenience of in-home  behavior consultations. While some issues can be resolved in one or two sessions, most require more time. Your commitment to the process involves a willingness to change how you interact with and care for your dog.

How does this work? You can begin my information gathering process by filling out my questionnaire. During the initial two hour session at your home, I will observe your dog's behavior and your interactions with him or her while asking more questions about your dog's life history. I will demonstrate how to handle specific daily situations and will lay out a training and behavior modification plan for the long term. We will likely work together over several sessions to resolve your dog's behavior issues.
